Both ordinations took place by the hand of His Grace, Bishop Anthony (Antiochian Archdiocese) at St. George Orthodox Christian Church, Fishers, IN—Fr. Joseph's on Sunday, April 3 and Dn. John's the day before on April 2.

May God grant many years to newly ordained Fr Joseph Wesseler (Class of '17) and Dn David Galloway (second-year seminarian), who were ordained together over the weekend by the hand of His Grace, Bishop Gerasim (Class of '12) at St John of the Ladder Orthodox Church (OCA), Greenville, SC.

His Grace, Metropolitan Zacharias Mar Aprem presided over the ordination at Fr. Zachariah's home parish, St. Gregorios Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, Garland, TX.

A dedicated Seminary donor since 1997, Dr. Nick, an Orthopedic Surgeon, describes himself as a “semi-retired” physician who is now investing even more time and treasure to the causes he cares about deeply.

On the Feast of Feasts, Great and Holy Pascha, Sunday, April 24, 2022, His Eminence, the Most Reverend Paul (Gassios), archbishop of Chicago and the Midwest, fell asleep in the Lord at the age of 69 after a grave illness.

On March 17, 2022, the Institute of Sacred Arts (ISA) hosted several distinguished scholars and artists to reflect together on the theme, “Tradition and Innovation in the Arts of the Orthodox Church.” The papers represented a broad temporal and geographical span—from the ninth to the twenty-first century, and from Novgorod and Constantinople to New York.
