Darkness, caused by sin, is always present in this world and in our personal lives. We cannot escape this darkness, but we have glorious faith in the Lord our Savior, Jesus Christ. His light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1.5). 

St Vladimir’s Seminary is a place to help people see God’s light, so that, trusting in Him, we may see beyond personal and cultural darkness. This world needs courageous Orthodox Christian priests, lay leaders, missionaries, and teachers to shine God’s light.

We need strong, spiritually formed men and women to point people to the light of Jesus Christ and to guide us all through the dark. We need your help.
