Our chancellor/CEO Fr. Chad Hatfield frequently travels for preaching and teaching, touring with our Men's Choir, engaging in inter-Orthodox and ecumenical dialogue, and leading missionary teams. 

From March 6–10, Fr. Chad ministered in Kodiak, AK at St. Herman Theological Seminary, accompanied by Yale iconography doctoral student and alum (SVOTS '09) Dn. Evan Freeman.

Our dean Fr. John Behr travels in the U.S. and overseas, presenting retreats and book studies, meeting with other seminary administrators and students, and serving on non–profit boards. A renowned patristic scholar, Fr. John lectures in academic and popular venues. 

In March of 2014, Fr. John offered a Lenten Retreat at Ss. Peter and Paul Orthodox Church.

From June 2-4, The Father Alexander Schmemann Professor of Liturgical Theology Dr. Paul Meyendorff traveled to New Hampshire for the 86th Meeting of the North America Orthodox-Catholic Theological SVS Press display at the American Academy of Religion's Annual Meeting, November 2013SVS Press display at the American Academy of Religion's Annual Meeting, November 2013Consultation, held at the St. Methodius Faith and Heritage Center of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston.

Marketing and Operations Manager The Rev. Dn. Gregory Hatrak logs many miles for SVS Press and Bookstore throughout the course of the year, both in the United States and abroad. Sometimes joined by the Dean or Chancellor, Editor-in-Chief The Rev. Dr. Benedict Churchill, or SVS Press Production Manager Michael Soroka, Dn. Gregory meets academics, clergy, various alumni, and numerous lay readers, answering their questions, recommending titles, and doing the set-up and tear-down for the traveling bookstore.

In May of 2014, Dn. Gregory Hatrak joined Michael Soroka and The Very Rev. Dr. John Behr, dean of St.Archbishop Job (Getcha) from France, with newly ordained Dn. St. Vladimir's beautiful campus in Yonkers, NY, is host to many distinguished guests both in the school year and over the summer.

From June 10–15, the Fifth International Congress of the Society of Oriental Liturgy met on the campus of St. Vladimir's, with the assistance of The Very Rev. Alexander Rentel and Dr. Paul Meyendorff. Guest homilist Archimandrite Ephrem Lash spoke at the Sunday, June 15 Divine Liturgy.
